This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store worldwide, with special provisions for customers located within the European Union.
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.
- To exercise this right, you must inform us via email or contact form.
- After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- We may delay the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method
For EU customers:
- The refund includes the cost of standard delivery
- Additional costs (e.g. express shipping) are not refundable
6. Return Shipping Costs

- the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

8. Non-Returnable Items
