This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with State Prosperity are processed, shipped, and delivered.

2. Fulfilment Partner
All orders are fulfilled and shipped through our third-party print-on-demand fulfilment partner.
This means that production, packing, and dispatch are handled by an external fulfilment provider, while State Prosperity remains the seller and your contractual partner for your purchase.
3. Processing Time
All products are made to order.
Orders are usually processed for production shortly after payment is successfully received. Processing times may vary depending on product type, order volume, destination, public holidays, and other operational factors.
Estimated production and shipping times shown on the website or at checkout are estimates only.
4. Shipping Destinations
We offer shipping to the destinations shown at checkout.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.
5. Shipping Methods and Costs
Available shipping methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
The total price, including shipping costs, is displayed before the order is submitted.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time consists of:
- production time, and
- transit time after dispatch.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, customs processing where applicable, and carrier performance.
Unless a different delivery period is specifically agreed, orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from conclusion of the contract.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order, where available.
Please note that tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.
8. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and similar charges may apply.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at stateprosperity@proton.me. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once production or shipment has begun.
10. Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to high seasonal demand, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at stateprosperity@proton.me and we will review the shipment status with our fulfilment partner.
11. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us without undue delay at stateprosperity@proton.me and include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue, and
- photographs where applicable.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate under applicable law and our policies, arrange a suitable remedy.
12. Separate Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may in some cases be shipped separately depending on stock location, fulfilment routing, or packaging requirements.
If this happens, you may receive separate tracking updates.
13. Consumer Rights
This Shipping Policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, your statutory rights regarding delivery, withdrawal, and defective goods remain unaffected.
